CHANG CHUAN
[External Kung Fu]
The literal translation of Chang
Chuan is Long Fist. It is an external style of Chinese Wu
Shu (War Art). Its origins lay outside of China's northern borders
and it is often referred to as Northern Style Boxing. There are thousands
of different systems of external Kung Fu that fall under
the category of Chang Chuan. A few of the more popular systems
are Shaolin, Tam Tui, Fan Zi Chuan, and Tang Lang.
Master Teasley is the inheritor of the Wang Shen Chuan Shu
